Final expenses Liz Stoy

Elizabeth Maurine Little Stoy passed away this morning, September 14, 2018. She had no insurance and no savings. Her children, Jacob and Megan have lived with me for just over two years. Jacob has progressed from a special needs classroom to regular classes and is being considered now for advanced placement classes. Megan has a diagnosis of autism, but has progressed by leaps and bounds in the last 2 years. 

Liz has always had a difficult time. She struggled her whole life. She made a few bad decisions, but we all have. She made two beautiful children, who I have the honor of raising. This fundraiser is for the cost of cremation and a small service in her honor. Although she didn't have many friends, I want as much normalcy for Jacob and Megan during this difficult time. No 14 year old boy should get the news Jacob got this morning. 

Jacob turned 14 yesterday and is doing amazing things. He gets smarter and funnier every day. Megan was non verbal when she came here 2 years ago. Now, she helps with chores and sings and is learning to work with others. Liz was my younger sister. Of any failings she may have had, she always loved her kids. Jacob asked about her service this evening. That is my goal. A service he can remember fondly. 

Anything over cremation and service costs will be used to help with Jacob and Megan. Thank you in advance.
