Final Expenses for Joe Segovia

On October 11th the world lost one of its brightest lights. Joe (Frank) Segovia was a loving husband, brother, uncle, God father, and friend. Joe was good at everything he tried, and that gorgeous smile of his could light up any room. He left us with a huge gaping hole that will never be filled. Joe leaves behind his loving husband, his beloved DIVA, and his loving family.
