This is my mother Rhonda. This is her second round of breast cancer. This round of cancer spread throughout her entire body.
She started pill chemotherapy and radiation, but was in too much pain to continue the radiation. She decided she was going to discontinue treatmeant. She was recently diagnosed with heart failure. She has COPD. Her lungs and heart are what’s killing her. She currently cannot eat or drink and is aspirating.
Rhonda has lived on SSI/SSD for the better part of 15 years. We thought that she’d have a little more time, but everything hit so fast. She’s now in the hospital for end of life care. She wants to be creamated. We’d like to have a celebration of life, and a headstone for her.
