Final battle against UK Home Office

We have been locked in battle with the UK Home office for nearly two years. They have cheated, stalled and lied to cover up their mistakes and general incompetance. 
I have had to become an expert in immigration laws and protocol to avoid being deported as a result of their caseworker who did not follow due process.

Their general incompetance caused a mistake which ended up with them incorrectly, cancelling our work visas. For two years we have watched everything we built up over the previous 6 years fall away and dissolve into nothing. Without the right to work and provide food for our child to eat, without the rights to claim any sort of benifit or aid, we have been forced into near starvation , homelessness and it has pretty much had life changing effects on the development of my boy . He is 8 and a half years old and the UK is his only memories as he was just a baby when we came here through all the legal channels. He has forfeited birthday parties and all the normal things that children should be enjoying at his age because daddy doesnt have any pennies right now. Oh OK daddy, daddy i wont ask again..... and that was just for an end of school year treat at Kaspers icecream parlour for achieving all his goals. He even got done out of his 100% attendance certificate at school, because he was told to attend immigration court by the Home office and the Judge didnt even want to see him so he had to sit the whole day in the waiting room!!!

I can say all the above things about the Home office because I watched them squirm like worms in court and openly admit before the Judge that we had done nothing wrong. The Judge found in our favour and overturned everything that the home office did to us. The Judges 14 page document reads, That The Home office refusal is overturned, The appellants are allowed , Article 8 is engaged. This was 28 April 2017. It is now nearly September and we still not allowed to work or receive help from agencies. Not even housing when we are made homeless but they assured me that they would take my child into care while we lived on the streets. 

The Home office were so unprepared for their case that their representative spoke for 20 minutes and asked 4 questions only. The procedings were 6 hours of us producing overwhelming evidence to show their mistakes and abuses.

Little did we know at the time that The Home Office case was unwinnable as my child has been in the Uk for more than 7 years and is automatically allowed, but his plan was not to win on fact or case law , it is to starve us out so that we take voluntary deportation. The home office know that without working and any rights to help, we are behind with the rent for 11 months. They saw the eviction papers  and all the many thousands of pounds debt and decided to play the long con. After we won Their incompetance and double standards carried on. They have applied for permission to appeal outside the time frame allowed by the immigration laws, and yet we hear that it makes no difference and will still be seen by the judges. When the Home office presumed we had submitted just one document late in 2015 they tried having our application dismissed untill I proved that it was in their building before the cutoff time.

What is funny tho now, is that while we wait 18 weeks for their LATE request to just be looked at, even if it is denied, Guess what? They even get a second chance to apply for an appeal saying that our Judge who awarded us the rights to continue our lives here, made a mistake. That would be another two weeks, (if they're on time) and then another 18 weeks wait again just to be seen. If its denied a second time we win for good and its all over. If they are given the right to appeal , well thats another story and we will have to go through voluntary deportation back to a place we left a long long time ago with just our clothes and absolutely no regrets, because we dont have the legs to fight for another two years while one set of Judges sit and decide If another Judge made an error in law.

All that being said, we asking for kind hearts to donate and back the little guy against a raging war machine that has no morals to accept their mistakes and allow us to try rebuild our lives. Instead they trying to win by default and trying to ensure that we become homeless and starved out of the UK. This is not what my 3 British grandparents fought for.  What theyve done to us by twisting the rules, moving the goal posts and blatantly breaking their own rules is inhumane and has destroyed our lives financially and privately. 

We asking for any contributions, big or small, as it will go towards preventing the eviction and keeping the electric and gas running. My landlord is gracious and has allowed us to go on for a long time but he is an old and has fallen ill and there is an agent managing his properties. This agent has also done alot to keep the bailiffs from coming but has said that there is no more time.

I think if people knew what I have had to do behind the scenesto keep everything together for the last 20 months, they would be amazed , but I just have no more options anymore. our eviction date is 28 August 2017 plus two weeks for the bailiff, so middle of September 2017. 

We have won, We have proved our innocence,  We have suffered and proved our case. To have to move from our only home we have had in the uk since 2010 and be split up for the last 5 months of the battle would be devasting and most probably the straw that breaks the camels back. Liam will have to leave his school and his best friends.
