Final Arrangements for Brandi & John

Hello, I'm Heidi Case.
My daughter Brandi Christine Case-Wallace died of COVID-19 on July 21, 2020. Brandi was 8 months pregnant at the time. Although her baby son, John, was born alive, he also died shortly after.
In order to honor both of their lives I am raising funds to provide final arrangements and a virtual memorial service that will need to include ASL and Certified Deaf interpreters.
Brandi was born September 17, 1986. She was a fiesty, Deaf, force of nature who would not tolerate being dismissed because of her deafness. She could navigate and manage getting her needs met in both the Deaf and hearing world. Brandi's baby was given the name John to honor both great-grandfathers and civil rights leader John Lewis.
In this time of pandemic when we cannot see, touch or be with our loved ones when they are sick, I yearn to provide something concrete to honor their passing. I want to say to the world, "Brandi and John were here, they mattered and were loved!" I hope you will join me.
Brandi and John are survived by Brandi's two mothers, Heidi and Chris, her brother Steven and her three children Indionna, Jordan and Zach.
We seek to hold the memorial service in late August. Updates will be posted on this site.
