School is out, and so is our Food Pantry.
Hungry children home from school for the summer means more hungry families will be coming to us for food.
Please, help us so no low-income family or senior has to be turned away when they are hungry and needing food.
Since January, our Food Pantry has served 60% more people than last year. Just this month, we have served more than 280 families and May isn't over.
We simply cannot keep our shelves filled despite donations of food. We have also already spent our entire annual food budget for the Food Pantry.
We have carefully examined our budget and the amount of food we will have to purchase to keep up with demand for the rest of the year and determined that we need to raise $24,817.
Cross-Lines Community Outreach has been serving the community since 1963. We are a place of hope for those struggling with the hardships of poverty.
We appreciate your gift to this campaign and EVERY DOLLAR will go for the purchase of food for our Food Pantry. Your gift will allow families to have food including ground beef or turkey, eggs, canned goods, peanut butter and jelly, fresh fruit and vegetables and more.
