<div>Ik ben in januari 2024 naar Nederland gekomen samen met mijn 2 dochters om bij mijn Nederlandse man te gaan wonen.

<div>Na 2 jaar te hebben gewerkt bij een groot internationaal transportbedrijf heb ik kunnen sparen om zo mijn eigen Filipijns thuisbezorgd locatie te openen in Kaatsheuvel.
</div>
<div>Deze investering was al fors en we hebben al aardig wat klanten mogen ontvangen.
</div>
<div>Onze omzet stijgt gestaag na 6 maanden, elke maand ca. 15% erbij
</div>
<div><strong>Nu komt er een hele mooie aanbieding voorbij</strong> om een horeca locatie in een gezellige dorp te starten.
</div>
<div>Mijn man is een aannemer en die kan alles verbouwen dus we zijn niet mega veel geld kwijt aan een renovatie, alleen materialen om het op zijn Filipijns aan te kleden.
</div>
<div>Om de boel op te knappen is er ca. € 15.000,- nodig, de rest zoals borg en huur en inkoop hebben wij al geregeld.
</div>
<div>We hebben heel google afgezocht naar Filipijns restaurants, take outs of anders en we kwamen niks tegen in een straal van 50 Km, <strong>dit betekend dat wij de enige zijn</strong> en daarmee meer dan 350 duizend potentiële klanten kunnen bedienen in ons regio.
</div>
<div>De doorloop is enorm goed omdat we in het centrum zitten dus we zullen elke dag een goede omzet draaien.
</div>
<div>Daarnaast hebben we ook plek voor ca 20 klanten die binnen wat willen eten en drinken.
</div>
<div><strong>We willen ook de ouderen boven de 65 jaar GRATIS koffie en Thee aanbieden, </strong>wij geloven dat we de ouderen moeten helpen omdat zij de bouwstenen van de samenleving zijn geweest.
</div>
<div>We gaan ook bedrijven benaderen voor catering en ook de ondernemers die op koopavonden werken kunnen we bedienen.
</div>
<div>Samen met mijn 2 dochters en mijn man gaan we het avontuur aan, wij in de keuken en mijn man op de achtergrond als administratie en backoffice en buitendienst.
