Fight with Quincy!

Quincy is a beautiful full of life 2-year-old who is adored by her family and everyone she meets. Last week February 14, 2018 her mom and dad were given some devastating news. The news something that no parent ever wants to hear. Quincy was diagnosed with Stage 3 pediatric renal cancer. Since then she has been receiving the best care possible at Primary Children’s Medical Center. The very next day February 15 she underwent 5 hours of surgery to remove the tumor that had taken over her kidney. She was released from the hospital after being there for 5 days and has already began her first round of 25 chemo treatments that will take place over the next 6 months.

Life isn’t fair! Bad things shouldn’t happen to anyone, but to this precious little girl who has only begun this journey in life is heartbreaking. She should not have to endure such pain and neither should her family. You can only begin to imagine how stressful this must be for the Barton family.
