Hey everyone...thanks for all the support. Please note THIS DONATION PAGE WILL STILL GO STRAIGHT TO FIGHT FOR ALEX ACCOUNT. Her mom will still have total and sole access to the money. When I Set it up I specifically did so in a way that I would have zero access to her money.
That said, the purpose of my involvement with. Fight for Alex was to be the liaison between family and community. That job became increasingly difficult with all that was going on. Thanks to external influences my role has come to an end. Personally I think it is for the better because now your updated are more thorough and current. Besides I think it is great for the family to interact with you so they can once again GaiN strength in your support. Secondary to that...because this particular go fund me was opened through my Facebook transferring ownership of this portion could not be done...thus the New site.

***EDIT*** When I first began this fund, it was for the sole purpose of raising enough funds for living expenses so Tricia wouldn't need to worry about going to work. I didn't take into the calculation the current set of circumstances. I had no idea we'd be raising funds for a funeral as well. Sadly, that is exactly what has happened, so please understand why I have raised the goal.
Tricia has been a trooper, standing by her daughter's side during Alex's fight to beat stage 4 Ewing's Sarcoma. Unfortunately, Alex has relapsed and is in and out of the hospital again.
Tricia is faced with the difficult question of going to work and making the bills for her household, herself, Alex and her 2 sons. It is a question of what to do, that by the grace of God many of us do not have to face. But Tricia does, daily. Does she work, or sit by Alex's side, holding her hand and giving Alex the strength that only a dedicated mom can?
It is my hope that we can raise a minimum of 10000.00 so that Tricia can sucessfully be there for her sons as well as for Alex. No mother should have to spend nights crying because her daughter is fighting for her life AND wonder where the roof over her families head will be next month.
