Fighting with Raina

Many of you may know Raina... she’s a Sachem East mom who’s recently been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. This sudden diagnosis and the need for testing and doctors appointment has already ran this family so much money in copays, and expenses not covered by insurance as well as using up the last of Raina’s very little sick time at work. After next week she is down to less than a week of paid time off. Chemo has not even started yet! Next week they will place her port and begin treatments immediately. She will require at the very least 3-4 months of chemotherapy, surgery and then radiation. This fight for her life will be a long and hard one! Please help in anyway you can to try and alleviate at least one stress for this family. Raina is very dear to me and so many... her daughter is a member of multiple teams at Sachem East as well as Sachem travel soccer.... she would give the shirt off her back for anyone and now it’s time for us to help her! Thank you so much in advance for even the smallest of donations. I know how appreciative she will be! She’s got this!!!! The cancer will not win.
