Fighting my Crohn’s Disease

My family and I have  been struggling with my recent autoimmune disease diagnosis.  I have one more procedure but cannot afford to pay the outstanding medical bills. We are having to decide between eviction from our apartment or my health. I have many reservations about doing this however my family and I are at the end of our resources! Between being out of work because of my health and my husband being laid off unexpectedly, we’ve been stuggling to combat the debt facing us. Being sick is very expensive! Weird statement but absolutely true. When you factor in Cobra insurance, copays, prescriptions, hospital visits, MRI’s, a colonoscopy, EGD, rent, daycare, gas, food you can understand the previous statement. I’m asking for help not because I want to but because my family needs it! I appreciate all of the love and support, and will continue to face this challenging time in our lives with the grace of God.
