Fighting for our Granddaughter

There is nothing harder than your own child making a decision of leaving the state and leaving her own child behind.   Since that fateful day of June 7th, Beau and Shauna have been raising their granddaughter full time without any financial assistance from their daughter. 

This is not the first time their daughter left baby Niomie.  It first happened in April of 2019.  

Their daughter agreed to grant them guardianship of little Niomie as she is unable to to care for her. Niomie is just 19 months old and is the middle sibling to twins who are 7 months old.  The twins don't live with their mother either.  Their daughter has left them with a stranger to care for them.  

They are now forced to retain legal counsel as their daughter is suing them to get her daughter back.  Normally this wouldn't be an issue, however, their daughter continues to be involved and around people who are beyond questionable.  Constantly abandoning her own children to go and have a good time.  Their daughter can barely care for herself let alone Niomie and the twins.  The best thing for Niomie is to continue to be in the loving home she has been in where consistency, love and structure are important.
