fighting cancer for life

my son Joshua Beach has been fighting Ewing Sarcoma Cancer for almost Three years now. We travel back and fourth from Sackets Harbor Ny to Syracuse ny five days a week.  My wife's truck is on its last leg and our bank account is all used up and credit cards maxed out.  I don't ask for help ,but there's no love stronger than a parents love for there child.He has had 2 surgeries on his leg with complete knee replacement, and know it's in his lung and lymphoid.  He is stage 4,any help would be appreciated, we spend 50 dollars a day just in travel,so again please help,I don't know what else to do.
