Fighting Cancer a 2nd Time

As many you know, I am a 12-year breast cancer survivor. In early May I was diagnosed with my 2nd breast cancer.  I am undergoing a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction in a few days.  I won't know if I have to do chemo until mid-July due to tests that need to be run on the tumor.  

This has been a tough year for me. I've been unemployed for some time and then had pneumonia and sepsis in February. And now this... While Medicaid is covering the medical portion, I still need help with rent, car payment and a credit card.  I've been an Uber driver to help offset some of my expenses, but I will be unable to drive for 8-12 weeks depending on my healing.  

I'm asking my friends for a little help.  The great thing about crowdsourcing is that a little bit goes a long way! I am a believer in community and helping when I can.  I am thankful for any help you can give.  And if you can't help today- just share this post.
