Fight for Jerry and his family

Jerry Vanderkolk is a 48 year old husband, father and grandfather who is dying of cancer. Initially he was diagnosed with Stage 4 bowel cancer in July of 2013 and whilst this was removed, due to a late diagnosis it had already spread to his liver. It was too extensive to operate and the only hope for Jerry was chemotherapy to shrink it.
Sadly the chemo has not worked and the cancer is continuing to spread. Jerry is currently having more chemo to give him a few more months with his family. His bones are weakening which has led to a recent break in his arm which he has just had surgery on and there is suspicion that it has now spread to his spine.
Each day "is another day above ground" as Jerry says to people. He is continuing with chemotherapy so he can be here for his family even though it makes him very ill. He is one of the kindest men you will ever meet.
His wife of 4 years Ronnie Bratusa has done everything she can to stand by him and support her family in every way, but together they are now going through a very difficult time financially. They have exhausted all of their savings, have sold their late model cars to fund their living expenses and other personal items. They do not get any disability payments from the government and are relying on income Ronnie gets from a small home business she set up when Jerry was first diagnosed so she can stay at home with him and spend their last days together.
Jerry and Ronnie are both under an incredible amount of stress as they are struggling to pay their bills, mortgage payments, credit cards, car repairs etc let alone have enough money for food and medication. Ronnie is also extremely anxious about how she will manage to pay for Jerry's funeral when the day arrives and keep a roof over their head.
Jerry and Ronnie are incredibly kind and would give away their last dollar to someone in need. They havent asked for anyone to help them as they are very proud and have always worked hard througout their lives.
I know that cancer affects many people's lives and our heart goes out to everyone suffering through the pain that this horrible disease causes, But I would ask that you not let cancer destroy the beautiful family and please help this family. They are incredibly generous people who need help. Your generosity towards them would be greatly appreciated.
