Stacey’s Fight Against Cancer

This past May my best friend and  coworker Stacey Gaughan was diagnosed with breast cancer.  She has since been undergoing bi weekly chemo treatments that very recently became weekly treatments.  She awaits multiple surgeries in  November once the chemo is completed.  Copays alone have been costly, and those aren't even close to coming to an end.

Stacey is a 34 year old mother of one, and married to her high school sweetheart. She has worked very hard to create a wonderful life and family. She needs our help and strength as she continues to win this battle.

Stacey worked full time to put herself through nursing school and finally got the job of her dreams as a Labor & Delivery nurse at the Birthing Center in Cooperstown, NY. She has been a vital source of support for countless women in their time of need, to help them when they need it the most.  Now its our turn to support her!!! Stacey continues to work on the unit as much as she can while receiving chemo every week, but its getting more difficult.  As the weeks progress, more obstacles arise.  Any help and support will be much appreciated.
