Dear comrades, friends, and friends of friends,
We’re coming together to raise funds for our dear friend K., a queer asylum seeker facing the racist border regime and fighting to build a stable life in Germany.
As we know, the system is built in the most racist and discriminatory ways, trying to break people. K. is not allowed to work, and the Ausländerbehörde is actively undermining her wellbeing - cutting social money, issuing only short-term Duldung (toleration status), and creating constant insecurity.
K. is resisting state-imposed violence and therefore faces daily struggles to create stability in her life. With this fundraiser we want to support our friend and strengthen her fight to build a secure life in Germany. The next step is going through Germany’s bureaucrazy system and moving forward by securing the costly but essential paperwork needed to build her future here.
That’s why we are coming together — to raise funds in solidarity so K. can take the next steps. Your support will help cover the costs of urgently needed documents (e.g. passport, birth certificate) and bureaucratic fees.
Every euro counts, and your support will make a huge difference. If you don’t have the means to donate, sharing this fundraiser is also a great help. Together, we fight for the right to stay!
Thank you so much for your kindness and support!
In solidarity.
