Help Us Fight to Defend STR Homeowners in Nevada!

UPDATE: In January 2024, Clark County and our legal team submitted all required documents to the Nevada Supreme Court for review. We are now awaiting the Court's feedback and subsequent instructions.
UPDATE: The Court granted an injunction against Las Vegas County and State officials! But these politicians are stopping at nothing but to continue forward with their unconstitutional actions so we are appealing to the Nevada Supreme Court. This means, we need to raise at least $50,000 to be able to take our case in front of the top Nevada court. This is not just a fight for Leslie but for every senior citizen, every veteran, every family trying to make ends meet through platforms like Airbnb or VRBO. Help fight to defend the freedoms and Constitutional protections we all have under the Constitution.
Seniors, veterans, working families and individuals across the US are struggling to make ends meet, and the current inflation is making things even more difficult for them.
To stay afloat and cover the rising costs of goods and services while keeping up with the cost of living, homeowners have chosen to rent their homes to travelers to make extra income.
Instead of supporting and encouraging this type of entrepreneurship and innovative approach by citizens trying to find ways to make an extra living, our politicians pass harsh laws and regulations to deprive these people of this economic opportunity, go as far as attacking these homeowners' property rights, and turn them into criminals issuing them fines of up to $10,000 and threatening them with jail time.
This is an outrage! Corporations are making record profits while average folks struggle to cover the basic necessities. Politicians love to claim they care about the working poor and middle class, yet once in office, their actions prove otherwise.
Those same politicians do everything in their power to help big corporations earn even more profits, even using taxpayer money to provide them with incentives. Yet, homeowners and average folks face government roadblocks when they try to make extra money, pay taxes, and rent their homes responsibly.
We have filed a lawsuit against Las Vegas (Clark County) and the State of Nevada to defend these homeowners. Our government shouldn't be making life more difficult for its citizens. More importantly, it shouldn't be passing laws that take away their rights and freedoms.
Help us fight back by donating to our legal fund to help protect Leslie and people like her!
