Help Nayleen beat cancer!!

People often say that it takes a village to raise a child, those words ring true today and Nayleen needs her village more than ever right now. Some of you may know that Nayleen was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor on February 28, 2021. She underwent brain surgery on March 2 and has been undergoing radiation therapy for the past six weeks to help shrink the remaining portion of her tumor that her team of doctors were unable to remove. During this time, Adam and Ceci have both taken a leave of absence from their jobs to ensure that Nayleen is recovering as they juggle the demands of weekly doctors appointments.  

As of now, treatment will be a two-year process which will include two chemo pills daily and weekly blood draws to monitor her liver and blood counts. After this Nayleen will be facing a lifetime of MRIs. The immediate plan requires an MRI every three months for the next five years. Nayleen will also be going through vision therapy in hopes of preserving her vision and will need two different sets of glasses which are not covered by insurance and will cost $6,000.00,  Nayleen and the Griffith family need our help more than ever right now, as most of the expenses incurred are not fully covered by insurance.


All of the funds raised will be used to help the family as they navigate their "new normal". Ceci, Adam, and all of the kids are extremely appreciative of the food, prayers and well-wishes that have been extended to their family immediately following Nayleen's initial diagnosis. Nayleen is a sweet, smart, and sassy girl who loves her family and wants nothing more than for things to return to normal. We know that as they face these challenges they are going to need their village more than ever right now. At this time given the rising medical costs needed to help Nayleen fight this rare Cancer, we are looking to help ease the financial load placed before Adam and Ceci so that they can focus their time and energy on Nayleen and their family.
