We don't have one as yet and if anyone can recommend one that gets things done would be greatly appreciated please. He was taken by the father by using the family law courts. The father told false allegations in an affidavit and because my daughters solicitor from Legal Aid didn't follow up with the results they weren't admitted into court, which would have proven her innocence...she lost her little boy. After having Gabriel in her care fulltime and hardly any contact with the father, and no contact with the fathers extended family, they are strangers to him. Gabriel has not seen his mother for over a week and at the time of handover, he was breastfed. My daughter has been told there is no urgent return order and the appeal could take longer than the next court date at the end of March. Gabriel would have definitely been traumatized by this and maybe for the rest of his life, feeling he's been abandoned by his mummy... Can anyone please help us.
