Fight For Framsted

“Courage is being scared to death, but saddling up anyway” ……Are you healthy today?  Life can change in an instant, or in one doctor's appointment.  Jerry Framsted is a man who is very aware of the challenges related to that dreaded diagnosis.  Not only has he had the word cancer applied to his health once, but now he is up against a second battle. 

Anyone who knows Jerry, knows his courage, strength, and pride.  He fought the first diagnosis with a positive attitude and for a moment conquered the battle.  He gained strength from the love of his wife, family and friends, and continues to use that love as a motivator.  His pride is one trait we are asking him to set aside for the time being. 

The hard working business man, is a giver, not a taker.  You will never hear Jerry ask for a hand out or help.  As he endures the 25 rounds of chemo, a stent in the Intensive Care Unit, and pneumonia, he continues to do his best to make ends meet.  We can’t make Jerry physically feel better at this moment, but we can relieve a bit of the burden of medical bills and on-going financial obligations.

Like me, most of Jerry’s friends aren’t millionaires, but we want to be able to help a friend in need.  If you can spare $5.00 or $10.00, or more if you are able, every little donation helps.  Please consider skipping that one Starbucks order and help us make a difference.
