Fight Child Alienation in Guernsey

I plan on raising enough funds to do just that! Fight family courts corruption in Guernsey and have my daughter return home to safety.

I've included a video to explain a little further, but basically, Guernsey Courts and Child Services told my family that my ex wife's new partner (she moved in with him and my daughter 6 months after we split) was a perfect citizen; that my daughter was safe with him, not to worry.

After the divorce was settled and it was time to go into the Child Custody battle, I get a email from my Guernsey Lawyer stating they had the wrong person. It turned out that my ex wife's new partner had 36 criminal offenses, and 3 cases of domestic abuse. Yet, he was allowed around my daughter unsupervised, while I was limited to just 2 hours monitored visits while I went to visit.

I made complaints, did everything I could to fight it, but it fell on deaf ears...so I gave up. 3 years later, I get a anonymous phone call. I've been informed that my ex wife's new partner was witnessed by my daughter beating on my ex wife over the New Years. I called Guernsey Police and Child Services, but they said I'm not allowed to know any details as I've been put on the naughty list. Yet, they tell me they're handling it...which I don't trust.

So here's where your help comes in. I've got the evidence, I've got the lawyers to contact in UK...I just need the monies. Having PTSD and depression from this situation has me functioning at 50%. Half of me is literally missing and I'm not alone! There are so many parents and children suffering from these situations, and its horrible that courts Profit off of it!

UK has the Hague Convention, but Guernsey falls out of the UK jurisdiction. So I'm aiming at extending that convention towards Guernsey as well.
