Hello everyone!
My friend, Elaine Cuddihee, recently told me one of her four sons was diagnosed with cancer. Elaine's son is named Dakota and he is 27 years old living in Chicago, Illinois. I have never had the opportunity to meet Dakota but if he is anything like his Mom, he is one heck of a guy.
Dakota recently had surgery related to this cancer. During a post operation scan to determine course of treatment, a second tumor was found. Doctors are continuing to work with him and see what medical options are available.
Elaine and I work in an office that has a little under 50 employees. While I have worked in this office, I have made a lot of friends and enjoyed working there. In just a short time working with Elaine you knew she was someone you were grateful to have on your team.
Elaine fights for our office and fights for the individuals she works with on a daily basis. She is willing to stand up for people that many times are too afraid or won't even stand up for themselves. It is now our opportunity to stand up and fight for Dakota, Elaine, and her entire family during this trying time.
