Fife Needs Our Help!

As all of her many friends know, Fionna has lived in the U.S. for twelve years. For eleven years, she's been married and living at the same home in Maryland, which she has worked hard to renovate while being a devoted wife, standing by her husband and providing support during a period of unemployment.  

Unfortunately, although she requested it many times, her husband never applied for her green card (or even a work permit) even though she was eligible.    When the marriage deteriorated suddenly over the past few weeks, she found herself without support and in need of legal help to secure her home and get a work permit so she can eventually obtain the citizenship she deserves. 

Fife felt secure in her marriage, and  chose to put her own funds into shared expenses, home renovations, and expenses for her grandchildren, instead of keeping her finances separate. She has found an attorney who can get her the work permit she is entitled to and fight for her rights in a divorce, but she needs to both pay legal fees and relocate to a safe, independent home. 

She has helped so many over the years as a loyal, devoted friend.  Let's all help her now with whatever we can chip in, when she urgently needs our help!!
