Fibro Bills: a Christmas story by Ash

Once upon a time, there was a young woman named Ash, who lived with an adorable poodle named Elsa. Ash had been in pain for years, and had tried everything she could think of for it. She had been to the doctor, the chiropractor, physical therapy, and even worked to lose weight. However, none of these worked, leaving Ash in even more pain. On top of it, she started having troubling neuro symptoms - brain fog, lack of concentration, insomnia, time loss, and short term memory loss. It seemed like there was nothing that could be done.
Until the night that everything changed.
Unable to sleep, Ash couldn't shake the feeling that there was something more going on than the small things that she had been diagnosed with didn't seem like it was enough. So she did exactly what you weren't supposed to do: she went and googled the symptoms - to which she was given Fibromyalgia. Not wanting to trust one search she started to research. And in researching, Ash found that it described her more and more. In finding a doctor who specialized in pain, she quickly found out that she was right.
Unfortunately, her symptoms had gotten so bad that she was unable to work and had to go on medical leave - on top of needing multiple doctor's appointments, new medications, and a sleep study. Plus with no money coming in while she was on medical leave, she wasn't quite sure how she was going to pay her bills. So she turned to the internet, hoping for a Christmas miracle.

As you can see I'm in a rough situation. I need the money not just to pay for my doctor bills, but also so that I can pay rent/bills for the next month. The doctors and I are hoping that with a month of treatment that I should be able to go back to work in January. Overall, the money breakdown is as follows:
~$1000 - doctor's appointments, sleep study, medication
~$2500 - January's rent, bills, grad school tuition
If I do somehow manage to raise more than what I need, I plan on donating the additional money to St Mary's Food Bank so that it can go to others who also need it.
