Chris is a happy young man who is autistic and non verbal. On Monday 29th May Chris was found at Croydon Special Development School in a cubical with another student.
This student had bound his hands,gagged him and pulled down his pants. The student stated his intention was to have sex with Chris.
The School is covering up what happened and are actively impeding the police investigation into the offending Student.
The School and the education Dept have failed in their duty of care and are now failing others families by covering up this incident.
Chris is the Victim, yet he has been treated appallingly bad, as a result I have had to withdraw him from Croydon Special Development School.
The School after initially admitting to me what happened are now changing the story and have lied to Poilce about the capabilities of the offender.
The offender has a long history at another School as being sexually inappropriate.
Chris is distraught, confused and very unhappy.
I need your assistance to fund a Solicitor to fight the School and the Education Dept, not only to seek Justice for Chris but to protect other vulnerable students at this school.
The Dept thinks it is immunne and has no need to be accountable or responsible.
We have to protect our Children.
Please help me to raise the funds needed to take this as far as I can. This is for all Children not just Chris.
The cover up by the Police and the Education Dept needs to end now.
