<div>3. Your relationship to the parties you're raising funds for: <strong>Marcia/Marci/Marse is a dear classmate</strong>, who gives so much to so many, never thinking of herself. Some of us have known her for over 50 years; and, we were saddened to hear of the loss of her family's home and all of their possessions in the Eaton Fire, Altadena, CA.

How the funds will be spent (be specific as possible): <strong>Clothes, lingerie, coats, shoes, accessories, toiletries, food, shelter, gas for her car to take her and her daughter back and forth to work and whatever Marci's family needs to gain some sense of normalcy as they rebuild their lives.</strong>

<div>Marcia A. Talbert is our classmate and has a daughter, Makia Rose. They lost everything in the Eaton Fire but made it out safely, with the clothes on their back and the dog. Marci doesn't know what her family needs because they lost everything. We want her to find some way to replace as much of her family's items as possible and we pray this gofundme will help her. All funds raised go directly to Marci. Here is her Facebook post, which is devastating and hard to read; but, we want her story out there:

<div>Our house is gone, it's literally gone. I've been processing that we have nothing; however, we are safe and we are here!!! Thank-you to everyone who reached out through calls, texts, FB messages, FB calls (which I really don't know how to answer) and WhatsApp. We are devastated, to say the least; and, it's even more disheartening to learn of SO many family and friends who've lost everything, as well. The picture depicts the Altadena area on fire; I pointed an arrow to our house burning, which was a little difficult to see; even though we knew it would be gone.

<div>At the end of the day, Makia, Aspen (the cockapoo) and I are grateful for our God-given family in the Pasadena, Altadena, Arcadia and Temple City areas as well as ALL my Lampkins, Talbert, etc. cousins from across the world. If I tried to name them all, this would be a really long post. THANK-YOU!!! We feel and felt your prayers, which kept, and are keeping us strong. God spared us for a reason and, with all that is in me, we will live, breathe and act upon that reason, with God as our Guide and Savior! #DenaStrong
