Jay's Funeral

Sunday, October 5 my brother Jay died.  I would like to have him cremated and scatter his ashes at sea.  Appropriate for a Navy seaman I think.  In the years since my parents passed Jay took it upon himself to "take care of me".  He was  very good to me, as good as he knew how to be.  It's my turn to take care of him. However I need a little help.
