please help me save my dog

hi guys i dont wanna take alot of your time but i know alot of you have dogs that have been there all your life and have became more than just a pet to you . im raising money for my family dog that has been in our lives for about 10 years and is suffering alot . Today we took our dog Muñeca to the emergency room because she has been looking very sick , skinny , hasnt eaten for 4 days and isnt as happy as she always is . The vet told me she is dying . The reason is because she has grown a bacteria in her utuerus. Her utuerus is very big right now when it should be small . The only way we can save our dog is if she has an immediate emergency surgery to take her utuerus out, this has to be done in less than 2 days because doctor said she wont even last more than 2 days alive . i dont know what we would even do without muñeca she has emotions and feelings and shes in pain right now and everything would be okay if we can just do the surgery as soon as possible before its too late to save her . Anything helps guys anything just please think about how you would feel if your dog/bestfriend wont even be with you again ..
