Antonia Carvalho de Sousa Palma, mother to Anna Luiza, and wife to Paulo Palma, passed away on June 16th on the way to Orlando, Florida where the family was going to celebrate their daughter’s 9th birthday at Disney World.
Antonia was a hardworking mother, fierce, and driven who made her way up from an unfortunate childhood and despite all of her accomplishments and everyone’s lives who she’s deeply touched her dreams were short lived and her life ended at thirty seven.
She was always energetic, caring and determined. Her strong personality brought both motivation and confidence to those around. Her giving spirit was a light to our lives and she will be missed terribly.
We are asking for the ones who knew her personally, for prayers and any possible contribution to help her immediate family in Brazil. Her body needs to be transported and her family would like to reunite to cherish her life.
We are also asking for anyone that has information about the individual that lacks humanity and responsibility for causing the accident and fleeing the scene to contact Gainesville Highway Patrol. A link will be posted soon on the crash report with the information we currently have so we can find closure.
