My Sister Jody's Breast Cancer Fund

Most of you already know that my sister Jody has Stage 1 breast cancer.
You'll also know that she's one of the strongest women you'll ever encounter. She has tremendous faith, undying determination, sincere good-will, and a spirit full of cheer. Simply put, Jody is smiles and laugther!
What you may not always realize is that everyone needs help sometimes. Besides the support of strong friends, supporting family and endless love, that assistance we all need once in a while is financial.
She has finished her 12th chemo treatment, going on #13 and soon starts daily radiation. I have no idea how much the bills are or how much her insurance benefits covers, but I know one thing; the bills are huge while the coverage simply can't be enough.
So I'm starting a fundraiser! And the goal I've set is $2,500! Why not! $2,500 is an aggressive goal, but I also know that achievment of this amount can only put a small dent in the piling medical bills and the unpaid time-off of work.
So let's grab our pocket change, clean under the couch cushions, skip a night-out, grab our wallets and checkbooks and extend our financial support! I will start the process with a $20 deposit!
