Lisa Rocha's Fight Against Cancer

My name is Andrea Rocha. I am coming to you on behalf of my mother Lisa Rocha. My mom is 50 years young. She is a wife, mother of 3 and grandmother of 2 with number 3 on the way.

She was diagnosed on Sept. 8th with Renal Cell Carcinoma (kidney cancer). It has spread to her lungs and possibly her heart. She will be having surgery to remove her right kidney and the tumor on Oct. 21st. She will begin chemotherapy shortly after recovering from surgery. My mom Lisa needs to raise money to pay her deductibles and copay before she can have surgery along with future medical bills.

My mom is a beautiful Christian woman full of faith. We know that this is not the end, this is just the beginning. As the song sung by Steven Curtis Chapman, "There's so much of the story that's still yet to unfold. This is going to be Lisa's glorious unfolding.  You've just got to believe the story is so far from over."
