Laya Westbrooks Funeral Fund

Donation protected

My Name is Amy, or Auntie Amy as Laya called me.  Even though I am no biological relation.
Laya Westbrooks was a 21 year old who had lived her whole life with Sickle Cell Disease.   But that did NOT stop her from living.  She Loved K-Pop, Harry Potter, Her Hair(Like any Women does.  It was a love/Hate thing)  Make up, Nails, Video games.  Just to name a few things.
She was True to her friends, Loved her Mother, Toni, Her Father Jerry, and Loved Jade her little siste.  She was also Lucky to have the Love of her Other Dad Randy as well as her other Brother & Sisters Noah, Juli, Spencer, Maranda.   The Westbrooks-Taylor clan is a blessed Family.  Even with Disease that both Laya & Jade shared.

Laya and Jade that have that unfortunte bond,  you get when You and Your sister share the Same Disease.  Laya and Jade knew each others pain of Sickle Cell.  But if you meet Laya or Jade on the street, You were greeted with nothing but Smiles, and a Positive outlook.  Never a poor poor me outlook.

But after 21 short years, Our Lord took Laya home this morning.  After fighting the good fight, She now hurts no more, the pain of sickle cell is gone.  This is the sweet part of the bitter we are experincing right now.

Laya's Parents have limited Burial Insurance because they were denied quality coverage.  With 2 daughters always in the Hospital, several times a month, They also have no substantiaal savings.  What they do have is going to be Debt from Laying there Daughter to rest, Medical Bills, and other cost that they will occur during this time.  Funeral Arrangements are costly.  You should not have to think about that when your burying your child.  Please help.

I am asking for 3 things today.

1. If you could help The Westbrook-Taylor Family out, whatever donation amount to help cover the Cost it would be a true blessing.  Any additional overage will be placed in a medical fund for Jade if the need arrives . Any Amount will help them.
2.  If you could say a Prayer for Laya's Family & Friends That would be very helpful as well.
3. When you get done looking at this Go Fund me page share it.  Share the Heck out of it.  Because I know the more people that see this page,  The MORE help we can get for them.

I would like to say Thank you.  It doesn't seem like enough, but it's all I can give. Thank you for Your Prayers.  Thank you for Sharing of this page, But Thank You, Thank you for your Help.
