Cottage Grove Community Ornament Fundraiser

Just as 2020 had been a difficult and challenging year for everyone, 2021 is as well. Many local small businesses have been hard hit by the pandemic, and some have closed their doors permanently. One bright spot throughout this year, has been the Chamber of Commerce. They were there for our small businesses throughout the pandemic, for advice, for resources and just for someone to talk to. The Chamber raises funds for events that we all can enjoy and participate in. Events like Marketplace Dayz and Christmas in the Grove. Have you heard of the Cottage Grove Community Foundation? This foundation was started in 2019 by local community members to improve the quality of life of the people and the community it serves through the promotion and facilitation of charitable giving. The Foundation was able to grant a scholarship to a local student this year. Proceeds from this fundraiser will fill local grant requests. Proceeds from this fundraiser will equally benefit The Chamber and The Foundation.
Any sponsorship of $100 or more will have an ornament placed on the community tree in honor or memory of your family, a business, friend or loved one. If you'd like to personalize your ornament, send an email to info at cottagegrovecf dot org and we can arrange an ornament pick up. Your decorated ornament may be dropped off at the Bank of Sun Prairie, or you can place it directly on the tree that is next to the Bank of Sun Prairie drive thru.
