É um convite para ver o mundo de forma diferente. A programação inclui uma panóplia de emoções, entre dramas e comedias, encontros com realizadores, conversas e surpresas.

<div>O grande realizador americano <strong>Martin Scorsese</strong> numa entrevista a inicio deste ano afirmou: "Gosto muito de filmes romenos. Mungiu e Puiu - estou a pronunciar mal os nomes, "Adjectivo policial", "Sieranevada". E há aquele tipo chamado Radu Jude...Isso é incrível. Particularmente, "Aferim" - film que realizou a preto e branco. E outro que não agrada a todos, tenho a certeza, que se chama "Não esperem muito do fim do mundo". Isso foi um choque: pega em estilo e conteúdo político, cinema, moralidade, falta de moralidade, tudo no ecrã e fragmenta-os em mil pedaços, e de repente vâ-se o mundo de forma diferente. E isso deixa-te revigorado e animado."
