Thank you all so much for your amazing love and support. We are honestly blown away by how many of you have donated and continue to share this fund on social media. We feel your love and prayers, and we hope you'll keep them coming! Not much has changed in our family's condition but we continue to pray and have faith in their recovery. Please keep praying and sharing! We feel your support and words truly can't express how deeply we appreciate it.

On August 16th, my aunt Wendy, uncle Jose, cousin Joe, and grandma were in a tragic car accident while vacationing in the Dominican Republic. That car accident has led to the loss of my grandmother and the others left fighting for their lives in critical condition. In just two days, they have had at least 10 surgeries between the 3 of them. It's taking an even larger toll on my aunt because she has Lupus, an autoimmune disease which makes recovery even harder. To make matters worse, my 16-year-old cousin is in a coma, undergoing several surgeries due to internal bleeding and spinal injuries. Given they were in a foreign country at the time of the accident, their insurance only covers a portion of their medical costs and we are hoping to raise funds to relieve some of the financial burden and possibly finance emergency transportation to bring them back home to continue their care here in the United States.
