Friends and friends of the BARN PARTY !!!
About 3 weeks ago , as I was getting ready to leave town I got a call from Pete..He's been having pain issues , especially with his knees..He's been hurting all winter...He was wondering if I had crutches he could borrow...A week later , when I got back , I learned he took a spill on the stairs and had to go ( reluctantly ) to ER....
This lead to the discovery of multiple Myeloma of the plasma cells which spread to his bones...
He's in good spirits , and will fight the hell out of this , but...
Pete will not be going home real soon...He is undergoing treatments and has gone from Regions hospital to a nice place in Stillsville..
Sweet Pete has two big dogs , two regular sized Quats , and a bunnuny wabbit....
Fiona , friends and family have been covering them for the last couple weeks , but what we need is a pet sitter to come a couple times a day instead of scrambling to find people to help...Fiona lives in St. Paul and has been doing this regularly , but that just won't work in the longer run..
.....I have found some on craigslist that charge about 10-20 a visit..I may have found an angel already..The dogs would love to have human contact...Wabbit and Quats could care less..
There is NO money coming in right now as one might suspect..So...I'm looking to the folks who came to his HOME and partied in the BARN and had the best time in ages for years...The money he has taken from all the BARN PARTY !!! S... Over the last few years could buy you a couple pairs of fancy tennis shoes with the profits that came from him opening his home to us...

By the way , folks....I used 300 as a goal as an abitrary number...300 covers a week or so at 30 bucks a day ( critter sitter ).....
