Leif's relief

Leif Iverson has been a Line Cook at Black Sheep Pizza since April of 2017. Leif is known for his smile and his quiet demeanor, and gets along very well with his coworkers. He was referred to SSP by another Line Cook at Black Sheep, thus creating the kitchen dream team. Leif’s managers and our support team at MSP are delighted to call Leif a coworker and look forward to seeing him at Black Sheep. Earlier this summer, Leif went to the ER after he had been throwing up for three days. Due to his Crohn’s Disease, Leif’s medical team decided to perform a CT scan, and thank goodness they did. A cancerous mass was found in Leif’s left kidney, and since a biopsy was not an option, Leif is scheduled to have his kidney removed on October 26th at Mayo in Rochester. Leif’s doctor estimates that his recovery will take 3-6 weeks, so we have started this fundraiser on his behalf to help him with his living expenses and medical bills during his recovery time.
