Senor Felipe Recovery Fund

Donation protected
On June 18th our friend Phil suffered a stroke. The immediate effects of the stroke were very serious leaving him unable to speak and one side of his body paralyzed. In the weeks since the stroke, Phil's progress has been substantial. It has not only been encouraging but also inspirational to see his hard work and positive attitude have such a strong effect on his recovery.

A long road to full recovery remains and while there is a great deal of optimism that Phil can make a full recovery, there is also a lot of expense that comes with a prolonged hospital stay and absence from work.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to not only help with the costs incurred as a result of this event but also help alleviate the stress associated with worrying about money in order to let Phil concentrate all his efforts on his recovery.

This site was created at the urging of many of Phil's friends and acquaintances. Phil's generosity, kindness and carefree personality have led many people to ask, "How can I help?" This is a way that everyone can help.

We will also have a fundraiser/celebration day at Wash Park on Saturday July 27th. Festivities will start around 11:00 a.m. and there will be a Corn Hole tournament starting around 11:00 as well. The entry fee is $20 per team. Please feel free to come and participate.
