<div>I am writing to share my current medical struggles and to humbly seek your support in covering my ongoing and mounting medical expenses.

<div>On April 30th, 2015, <strong>I was diagnosed with a brain tumor</strong>, which has required extensive and continuous medical treatment. I am on two forms of therapy: one I take daily in pill form, Tamoxifen, which is known to fight breast cancer, and the second I get via infusion, Avastin, which is known to fight colon, lung, kidney, ovary, and cervix cancers at the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. The combination of the two is being used to starve the brain tumor. Being on these medications for so long has started to affect my other organs: my uterus, my heart, and now my kidneys. Despite my best efforts to manage the costs, the financial burden has become overwhelming. The treatments, medications, and regular doctor visits are essential for my health and well-being, but they come with a price that has grown beyond my current means.

After managing to pay my medical bills for many years, I now find myself in the difficult position of having to ask for help.
