By human nature, we tend to take things such as food, water & shelter for granted. Unfortunately, the cold reality of this world is that the things we take for granted, many people do not have the luxury of experiencing.
Growing up in the GTA, I have had these luxuries but I am humbled time and time again by the poverty within our society. Therefore, I have decided to organize a FEED THE HOMELESS day in the city of Toronto which will take place June 13. This day will give back to many of those who go unheard, misunderstood and are walked by every single day while their stomachs cry of emptiness.
The goal for this campaign is $2500.00 CAD. These funds will go towards food baskets for 200 people which a group consisting of myself, my friends and many more volunteers will hand out in the core of the city.
Please join me in giving back to those who deserve it most. No one deserves to go to sleep hungry.
