Hello, I’m Christopher Skinner. I’m 26 years old born in Queens New York , Raised in Winchester Virginia . I Graduated from Shenandoah University with a Business Administration degree in 2018. Since I’ve graduated I’ve been soul searching trying to find my purpose in life Which has been a journey within itself. Throughout these couple of years, I realized that one thing I love the most is helping and encouraging people no matter the age or race. With a lot of research I’ve decided to build an app that will provide assistance to people in need and the environment nationwide. The app will be called FeedMe. Did you know that as a country we waste 80 billion lbs of food each year? No worries, that’s where we step in. FeedMe will give an opportunity to small restaurants and grocery stores the to sell their good quality surplus food for a discount price! Our consumers are very important as well, this app will help everyone but most importantly the less fortunate families that have a lot of mouths to feed, young college adults that are balling on a budget, individuals that have funds in unfortunate situations, as well as earth friendly individuals who dislike seeing food go to waste.
If you know me you know asking for things is my least favorite thing to do, especially money. I was working at fedex Ground but decided to pursue my dreams of being an entrepreneur, not the most comfortable situation in the world but I have faith. The funds are going to be used for Some assistance that is needed to help me push my app nationwide.
