Feeding Stockton

Hello! Thank you for taking your time to read our introduction. We are a new Non-Profit Organization wanting to create a better version of the City of Stockton. We have heard about the motel that was turned into a homelessness refuge and we know that not everyone will be able to be housed there. There are many still facing homelessness. This organization hopefully in 2021 will be filled with members of the Stockton Community. Our goal is to permanently create a difference. We see this situation every day. More and more kids are being raised under the freeway, more and more camping tents are being raised, we pass by it every morning and every afternoon and even in the wee hours of the am. Not only under the freeway, we see them throughout Charter Way, on our Levis, and even on the side of our streets. if you are sick of not being able to do anything for them, like me, and tired of seeing these ‘campsites’ ,help us help them. 2021 is a year where WE need to step it up. ALL proceedings and donations will be used to buy necessities for these same HUMANS who have now been forced to live in the freezing cold, and in starvation during a PANDEMIC and LOCKDOWN. All kinds of donations are welcome and once we have secured our goal amount, our founder Laysha will try her hand in couponing to get the most for all of these poor souls. if you would like to donate anything else like sweaters/blankets/jackets/jeans/shoes/socks/kids clothing/even toys, or if you would like to volunteer please direct message @madahiee on Instagram/Twitter. We will wash and disinfect everything before it is handed out. We would also like to get these people masks and hand sanitizers. We want everyone to succeed and in order to do so we have to come together. Over 300k+ population in Stockton, lets make this a team effort we’ll all be proud of. Thank you for wanting to make a difference in a world where we turn our shoulder because it’s not happening to us.
