HELP FEED THE FRONTLINE FIGHTING COVID-19 IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA
We are a family-owned small bakery (Pineapple King Bakery) located in the Sunset district of San Francisco and have been serving our community since opening in February 2014. We served daily fresh baked goods, sandwiches and famous Hong Kong style milk tea. Being a small business has its good and bad days but mostly good prior to the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. This outbreak affected our business drastically in many ways. We have to alter our store hours and cut back on staff hours due to business dropped and social distance order. But no matter how hard the situation brought upon us, seeing smiles on our customers’ face when they taste something they really like and come back week after week is what keep us going during this difficult time. Among these customers are nurses and doctors who worked at hospitals closeby such as UCSF, CPMC and other urgent care clinics.
We wholeheartedly want to do something for the frontline workers in our community. We want to see the same smiles when they come into our shop whether for a fresh baked bun or a cup of freshly made milk tea during their breaks. Our mission is to raise enough funds to feed the frontline workers and as well as to retain jobs for our bakery staff during this difficult time.
We know the tireless efforts of our doctors, nurses, and first responders put their livelihood and well being ahead of everything else to help and care for the patients in this unprecedented times. What better way to show your support and generosity by donating to the cause.
Please consider feeding our healthcare workers at whatever level you can. Every dollar matters!
Every dollar we raised will go towards our healthcare workers on the frontline. 100% of the funds will be used to purchase meals and distribute to various San Francisco Bay Area hospitals and medical centers as listed below.

Our goal is to deliver 100 meals a week for the next 5 weeks! If our campaign exceed, we will continue our efforts.
