Luxor Donation Fund

This trip across Egypt with my two best friends is without a doubt going to be one of the one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I know a lot of you at waiting for COVID to end so you can visit too.

Unfortunately, two friends we met along the way and their families are struggling to feed themselves and their animals. The people of Upper Egypt (southern nile) mostly survive off of welcoming tourists into their cities and farming the land. Kareem and Ahmed make their living off giving rides on their hantoor (horse carriage), celebrating and sharing their rich culture with travelers. With the current travel bans it is near impossible for them to keep pay for food for themselves or their horses. Please help me raise money to donate directly to the families in need. My goal with this fundraiser is to give 3 months of living wages to families in need. I estimate that is about 15,000le (under $1000). We will give to as many families as we can. Thank you.
