<div>Foundation for Educational Equity and Development (FEED) is a registered non-profit dedicated to creating equal opportunities for underserved students in Ghana by providing access to quality education through innovative literacy programs and scholarships for brilliant but needy youth.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>FEED runs a literacy program called Libraries Without Walls and a youth empowerment program known as Aspire.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Libraries Without Walls strives to bridge the literacy gap. We bring books, reading programs, creative expression, STEM and educational resources to children who lack access to them. Since 2017, our literacy program has impacted more than 14,000 children in Ghana and has trained over 100 teachers in foundational literacy, supporting several schools and communities in Ghana.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our Aspire program is our commitment to empowering Ghanaian youth. We mentor and support marginalized youth, providing them with educational support that paves the way for a brighter future. We currently support 20 young people in high school through mentorship, school supplies, and stipends.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As we continue to make more impact in 2024, your contribution to our GoFundMe campaign will directly impact the lives of these children and youth. It will help us expand our Libraries Without Walls program, reaching more communities and creating spaces for the joy of reading. It will empower our Aspire program to mentor and guide even more young minds towards excellence.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every penny counts. Your donation will go directly to sustaining and expanding our programs. Spread the word! Let your network know about the change we are trying to make.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for supporting us !
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>UPDATE!!!
</div>
<div>We did it! And it’s all thanks to you!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Wow. Honestly, we’re still taking it all in.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When we launched this GoFundMe, our goal was simple: raise $3,000 to keep FEED’s literacy and youth empowerment programs running strong. And you, every single one of you who shared, donated, or simply cheered us on made that happen.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We hit our target.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That’s literacy opportunities, corner libraries, creative expression programs, and more for children in rural communities. That’s mentorship and skills training for young people who just need someone to believe in them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And you made it possible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But here’s the thing… the work doesn’t stop here.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our programs are growing faster than we ever imagined. More children are joining our community reading caravans. More schools want their children to have the joy of library corners in their classrooms. More young people need mentorship and leadership nurturing. It’s exciting, but it also means we need to do more to keep up.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So, we’re raising the bar, literally, to $6,000.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every extra dollar helps us reach more kids, support more youth, and empower more communities across Ghana.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’ve already donated, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You’ve helped us prove that when people come together, even small acts create big change.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’re new here, welcome. We’d love for you to be part of this next chapter, to help us double the impact, double the hope, and double the smiles.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Let’s keep this momentum going. Together, we can make sure no child is left behind.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With gratitude,
