Jodie O'Shea House is a charity in Bali that looks after Indonesian children without a home. It was setup in honour of Jodie O'Shea who died in the Bali bombings. This year, the House urgently needs our help more urgently than ever.
68 children will go hungry without immediate help. With the situation in Indonesia worsening, it is harder and harder to keep going, as no visitors to Bali means a huge reduction in donations. Funds are desperately needed to keep the children safe, healthy and able to access education.
These kids are amazing, happy and full of life. Some are orphans and living in the Jodie O'Shea House, and some are reunified with family but can't survive without monthly financial support.
Jodie O'Shea House looks after 68 kids in Bali and they are funded by tourist donations. As Corona Virus has hit Australia and Bali tourism has completely dried up - and so has the orphanage’s funding. The House is currently closed to visitors to ensure the kids are protected from the virus.
Can you supply their meals for the day?
They need chicken, meat, fish, rice, eggs. They will purchase these locally with the funds you provide.
