FedEx destroyed customers 200 skincare products

Please help my cause. I am a very small I mean stupid small 2 -3 sales a week type small business and I rely on these large orders. & PinkBeauty is individually owned and operated by me. (which disqualifies me for small business loans, merchant accounts Fedex is denying my claim, that I had to file because my customer had to deny the package. They were all supposed to come back to me. To date I’ve only received 30 items out of 200. There were mistakes from the beginning with FedEx where the cashier only put 1 box with total weight of both and she only put 200$ as the value  When I asked for 300$ on ONE and $200 on the other. Never in 2 years have I not claimed the exact cost of my customers payment. For this reason

My husband a necessary employee contracted the virus. We are being denied unemployment services and all of the other benefits that go along with it.  We Just purchased a home, so when he got sick we lost a ton. My Husband works 2 full time jobs & his 2nd job has no work.  Ironically over night my husband works for fedex. 

In short, my wonderful customer is giving me a few weeks to raise the money to pay her back. I have until the end of June. If not, I don’t know I’ll have to sell ingredients. This is how it arrived to my customer.  see that open box and the back one is on it side. FedEx claimed they tried to fix the box, it doesn’t look like it was Supposed to be a fragile box, handle with care- this side up type of situation. Blamed loose bottle caps of causing this much destruction 
With each one protected by a liner and Lid. Even if one two or even 3 came loose the box was packaged to standards. with instruction to handle with care & Fragile even have a THIS SIDE UP. 

Please Support my cause. The state is a joke. I can comprehend why someone who works for 15 years- non stop both jobs, 1 am -5,6 pm....... and the goverment is not helping at all    Suggesting disability where THEY claim he is eligible
