Help me slip FE into a university?

I have a rare opportunity to get a legal, peer reviewed, pro flat earth, dissertation into the education system at the highest of levels and although it wont be blatant "The earth is flat", it will be critically challenging the National Curriculum with regards to how reliable and credible the tuition the children of today are actually being taught, is.
I currently have an undergraduate degree in Law, with honours, and it is a Qualifying Law Degree. I furthered my study with a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. I want to write a Masters Degree level paper and submit it for the dreaded "peer review" by my legal peers. My tutor is a practising barrister and not just any old teacher. This is the big league.
I want to get this FE paper back "out the other side" so it will then count as a genuinely peer reviewed paper that can be published in the future as a book in its own right. It will gain lots of interest from academia if it does not fail for being "anti-establishment" in some way.
FE is criticised for having no science. With an academic and legal approach concerning the evidence we are shown for the shape of our world, I will challenge the evidence and question the legal position of everybody in education, from the Secretary of State for Education, down to the Board of Governors in Higher Education, down to the teachers at grass roots level. Obviously, the role of most teachers will not be capable to be shown to be fraudulent, they are all teaching what they were taught. The focus is not on the individual teacher, the focus will be on the system that allows possibly unsubstantiated teachings. Consideration will also be given to how the (role of) media supports the educational narrative.
The risk is that the work will be rejected for being anti-establishment and could even satisfy a loose interpretation of "terrorist" by nature. For this reason, the work can not be too overt. It must be balanced with arguments both ways and the points of law being pointed out throughout.
This could hit the mainstream news and create issues for me legally so it will be executed with careful consideration of the phraseology will be considered throughout. It wont be too overt. However, it will be critical and I think that risk management is the key to getting this through the other side.
The funds are around £2,000 for the year of study I need to undertake. It will be completed by summer of 2019. As part of the GoFundMe, I will gift a soft copy to every person that donates £25 or more but the soft copy will only come AFTER the examination board has sat and granted the award. If the submission is rejected, a soft copy will still be provided.
I need 84 people donating just £25 each to hit the target. I have about 3 weeks to raise the funds. I will also release the submission in a more generic format after the award is (hopefully) given by way of a non-legal format, easy to read version. There will be pictures in both versions, it wont be text heavy. It will be written in a way that every flat earther will be able to understand and a minimal amount of legalese to make it readable by all.. but I will have to balance that with enough of the law to get it passed.
Please help me buy just helping me pay for the course. Anything beyond will help towards the other costs but the absolute minimum I need is around £2,000 just for the fees to be on the course.
