Beat cancer and Help Medical Ins.

UPDATE JUNE, 2020 NEW GOAL
Hi friends and family.  I recently was diagnosed with First stage Pancreatic Cancer.  I have a mass at the tip of the Pancreas which I will need the extensive Whipple Surgery.  It is very, very complicated and takes about one to two months to recover.  You have to radically change your diet.  However, first I am going through Chemo treatments to kill the cancer in a Lymph node near the Liver and outside the scope of Surgery.  It will require three cycles of Chemo three weeks of one treatment and one week off.  My challenge has been to protect my kidneys as I have Polycystic Kidney Disease and I have ITP which is low platelets so that affects whether or not I can do a Chemo treatment – the platelets need to be near 100 and mine run at 32K so I have to get a very dangerous shot (lots of side effects starting with death, blood clots and on and on) – Nplate weekly have to drive 45 minutes drive to Lakewood Oncologist office to receive it. The Chemo kills the platelets and white blood cells.  I have asked for prayers and receiving them from others.  I survived the last unexpected rare Cancer – Serous Peritoneal I believe through prayer and a great Doctor and my will to live.  It was a Miracle.

Friends have asked how they can help.  Daniel and I are on a fixed income of SSI and SSDI and have a very strict budget so I am asking for any donations to help with my cost that my Social Security does not cover.  My Chemo treatments for four cycles is $4,440.00 and this does not include upcoming Surgery, two week hospital stay, follow up testing, visits, medicines, Urologist, Nephrolgist, Heart doctor and hospital bills for two related Surgeries.
